Welcome to our Devon Rex cattery site. Our cattery is situated in the very heart of the Baltic  states, in Riga (Latvia). The first representative of this wonderful breed appeared in our house 6 years ago and since then we’ve been sure that Devon Rexes are the cats which have combined in their character all the best traits and felinities. These cats adore people and you can take them in your hands not only when THEY allow you but anytime (this is very important for the families with children), as for Devons there is no more happiness than being with people. I don’t know if there is such a notion as a cat-companion, but if it was, Devon Rex would be at the top of this list. There is a belief that if you have a cat in your house, its hair is your “spice”. But getting a Devon Rex kitten you will never know the taste of this “spice”. Wavy hair of these cats practically doesn’t shed. During the shedding period (usually in summer) it is enough to pass the hand over the cat’s back and you will see a small amount of linty hair (it means hair won’t be left in your furniture, carpets and clothes). According to the description, Devon Rex looks like an ideal breed, yes, for us is really the best one and our cattery will do its best and offer mite to the promoting of this wonderful breed.
